Gambling.com Group announces 2023 American Gambling Awards
The 12 award categories have been designed to recognise operators as well as industry service providers, policymakers, regulators as well as “others who play a vital role in furthering the American online gambling market.”
Gambling.com Group will be collecting nominations for the following categories: Online Sportsbook of the Year, Online Casino of the Year, Daily Fantasy Sports Site of the Year, Gaming Product of the Year, Betting Product of the Year, Platform Provider of the Year, Data Service Provider of the Year, Payment Service Provider of the Year, Responsible Gaming Award, Dealmaker of the Year, Policymaker of the Year and Regulator of the Year,
According to the affiliate, an expert panel of judges with US-specific experience will evaluate each category. Included on the panel are Jason Robins, CEO of DraftKings; Amy Howe, CEO of FanDuel; Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM; and Anna Sainsbury, CEO of GeoComply.
The awards night will be produced by Society Awards, the company that has experience in producing the Oscars, Golden Globes and Emmys.
Charles Gillespie, CEO of Gambling.com Group, says that the awards were created to “highlight the important work of all the key players in this industry”.
“With 29 states now having regulated online sports betting, our awards highlight the huge lift that policymakers, regulators and operators have done to ensure the safest and best experience for consumers across the judging period,” Gillespie added.
