CasinoReviews.com launches new complaints process
Blexr-owned portal launches first phase of complaint management system ahead of integrating ThePogg’s full alternative dispute resolution service later this year,
CasinoReviews.com, the online casino review platform, has announced the first phase of its complaint management system, with the launch of the new complaint management process, designed to enhance player protection and foster a safer and more enjoyable online gaming experience.
The new complaints service builds on the recent acquisition of ThePogg by Blexr, the parent company of CasinoReviews.com. ThePogg, a pioneer in the area of igaming player protection and complaints handling, will now be integrated into CasinoReviews.com.
CasinoReviews.com’s new feature will help players to settle complaints out of court with the assistance of its impartial dispute resolution service. The first phase of the service – an informal complaints process – launched today (Thursday 3rd August), with the full Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service to follow later this year.
Once fully operational, CasinoReviews.com will be empowered to provide legally binding rulings against almost 250 Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licensed casinos that engage in the ADR service.
Duncan Garvie at CasinoReviews.com, commented, “CasinoReviews.com has been designed to be the players’ champion, and we are committed to putting consumers first. The launch of our ADR service is a testament to our focus on player protection.
“This initiative is not just a service; it’s part of our mission to make online casinos safer and more fun to use. We believe in championing the consumer, and when coupled with our rigorous reviews process, our ADR service is a significant step towards a more transparent and accountable igaming industry.
“With the full ADR service, CasinoReviews.com will be able to give legally binding rulings, further strengthening our position as an advocate for users and a leader in consumer protection.”
Duncan Garvie, who founded ThePogg in 2011, and whose vision and passion have resulted in great improvements in industry accountability, will lead CasinoReviews.com’s ADR development along with a team of experts.
