Checkd Group sets record financial year as revenues grow by 38%

Checkd Group has announced that it has seen its “best-ever end of year” financial results.

Revenue for the affiliate and igaming development company grew by 38% in a period when it launched its FlashPicks app in the US. Checkd International, the North American facing division of the group, contributed to 16% of the company’s revenue.

Checkd Dev, the group’s development department also saw growth as its revenues rose by 35% year-on-year. The department worked on the Sky Sports Fantasy Football game as well as continuing to develop the TalkSport Edge app for News UK.

While Checkd Media, the affiliate arm of the business increased revenues by 25% year-on-year. The division launched the No Tippy Tappy Football with Sam Allardyce podcast alongside William Hill for the 2022 World Cup, which has been extended multiple times since.

The group’s social media followers across its brands also rose, with Footy Accumulators growing its presence by 160,000 and FlashPicks gaining 100,000 new followers in North America.

Alex Beecham, Checkd Group MD said that the company’s growth “domestically and in North America is a credit to the team setup within the group.”

“We’re continuing to scale the team and operations in each division following the momentum last season.”

Beecham concluded by saying that Checkd Group are “forecasting similar growth levels this year with new states opening in North America for operators, the Euros this summer and additional betting tech solutions for partners launching.”
