QiH makes three senior hires to UK team
The affiliate and white-label operator has brought in Max Ciliberto (pictured), who took up his new role as head of PPC at QiH this week. Ciliberto previously worked for Flutter, which he joined when it acquired The Stars Group. He joined the Flutter-acquired brand in 2013 as PPC and paid social manager, taking senior paid positions across his time there.
Ciliberto said that QiH has experienced “strong growth in recent years and I’m extremely pleased to be joining such a fast-growing company.
“I’m looking forward to using my experience to improve its growth trajectory even further.”
Stergios Titos also recently joined QiH in mid-August as its paid social lead, after a four-year stint at Entain where he was digital acquisition manager.
At Entain, Titos worked across the operator’s brands, including Bwin and before that, he worked for STech Technology.
Titos expressed his excitement for his new role. “The company already has a strong focus on this area but I believe with a new structure and strategy in place, we can leverage this channel much further.”
QiH has also hired Jane Sumbilla as the talent acquisition lead, who also came on board in August. Sumbilla’s recent post was as a recruiter for Meta and previously Busuu, a language learning platform.
Sumbilla’s remit will include ensuring QiH brings on board more similar recruits.
“Jane has been brought in to facilitate our headcount expansion, which we are expecting to continue for the next two years as we drive our business forward,” said Jamie Walters, QiH CEO.
Sumbilla said that she was “impressed by QiH’s strong emphasis on values and culture and I’m keen to make sure these are effectively communicated to other potential new hires.”
Jamie Walters, who recently spoke in detail on the company’s model and strategy to iGB Affiliate, went on to add that he’s delighted to have the trio join the UK team.
“It’s a strong reflection of the company’s growth that we are able to attract so many strong hires.”
“We have achieved sufficient scale to attract the likes of Stergios, Jane and Max, and the growth potential we have ahead of us is getting great people excited about joining our team.”
