The terms and conditions below apply on registration for access to the free areas of www.igbaffiliate.com and the iGB Affiliate events, or subscription to the publication iGB Affiliate. Before completing your subscription order or registration with the site or events we ask that you read the terms and conditions set out below.

www.igbaffiliate.com (the website) and iGB Affiliate (the publication), and the iGB Affiliate event series (the events) are published and fully owned by Clarion Events Limited of Bedford House 69-79 Fulham High Street, London SW6 3JW, registered under company 00454826, VAT number 843 8456 01, which is a part of Clarion Gaming.
These terms may be amended without notice to you. Your continued use of the website, the events or subscription to the publication will mean that you accept these changes.
Solicitation
The website, the events and the publication do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any investment. The publication or content of the website and events should not be distributed to any third party without the express approval of Clarion Events Limited.
Advice
No information contained in the website, the events or the publication should be deemed to constitute the provision of financial, investment or other professional advice in any way.
Content of the website, the events and the publication
By proceeding you agree, to the exclusion by us of any liability, including without limitation that arising from any loss of profit or any other damage direct or consequential, in respect of any errors and/or omissions by us and/or any relevant third parties in respect of the content.
The contents of the website, the events and the publication are based upon sources of information believed to be reliable, however, save to the extent required by applicable law or regulations, no guarantee, warranty or representation (express or implied) is given as to its accuracy or completeness and, Clarion Events Limited, members, officers and employees of the company do not accept any liability or responsibility in respect of the information or any views expressed herein.
If you have accessed the website using a link from another site, Clarion Events Limited does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of information contained within the sites of other providers who have links to any pages of this site or to whom this site is linked.
Registration
By registering your name and email address on the website, you are agreeing to receive email communication from Clarion Events Limited, iGaming Business and iGB Affiliate to keep you informed of related products and services. If you specifically do not want to receive this information, please write to the Circulation Director at iGaming Business to the address stated above. You can also email info@igamingbusiness.com.
Notification
You agree to notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances with respect to any information or representation made herein and to provide us with any changes to this information as we may reasonably require.
Ownership and Copyright
The copyright in the website, the events and the publication (unless otherwise indicated), its contents, including all information, graphics, code, text and design are owned by Clarion Events Limited and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Admission policy
Our events are open to professionals only. Solicitation of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed from the show.
Any person found to be registering to attend our events using false information or credentials or deliberately withholding information will have their application automatically denied and may be liable to prosecution. Without prejudice, the organisers reserve the right to exclude any person (s).
Closed Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV) will be in operation at all times during the events. The organisers reserve the right to deliver the CCTV videotapes to the Police or other competent authority as evidence if requested to do so. The contents of such videotape may be used as evidence in a court of law.
For further information contact the Security manager. The organisers reserve the rights to film/permit approved third party filming across the show open days of the events.
By attending the show, visitors permit the organisers/approved third parties to use any footage taken. No person under the age of 18 years, including children of the exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period. Canvassing is not permitted.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the events or venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break the rules.
Non-gaming media admission policy
All film or photography taken at LAC is the intellectual property of the organisers (Clarion Events Limited) and cannot be used or broadcast without prior permission. The organisers retain the right to remove anyone from the hall, should they be seen photographing or filming in prohibited areas. Entry is at the discretion of the LAC organisers, who reserve the right to exclude any person(s) without prejudice.
In the event of a member of the non-gaming media gaining access without the above permission or if they have gained entry to the London Affiliate Conference using false information or credentials or have deliberately withheld information, they will be ejected from the exhibition. Film and content taken at LAC will remain the intellectual property of the organisers (Clarion Events Limited) and cannot be used or broadcast.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Written cancellations made four weeks before the event date will be subject to a full refund. Written cancellations made two weeks before the event date will be subject to a 50% + VAT refund per ticket. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event date cannot be refunded. All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or post). Clarion Events Limited reserves the right to alter the programme without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
You are liable to pay for your ticket regardless of actual attendance at the show, as we will have made provisions for your attendance, incurring costs to Clarion Events Limited. The only exceptions to this rule are the written cancellation policies listed above.
We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the programme in which all monies will be refunded. Clarion Events Limited and other divisions of Clarion Events safeguard your data. We will endeavour to keep you informed of our other conferences and products where appropriate and may occasionally make your name available to reputable companies outside the group. If you would prefer us not to release your name to third parties, please opt out on the registration page.
Data protection and privacy
In providing any personal data to us we agree to use that only for the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations to you and to inform you of other related services and forthcoming exhibitions which you may be interested in. Should you not wish to receive these communications please contact us to have your details removed or use the unsubscribe facilities provided.
VAT
All delegates will be charged VAT regardless of their country of residence. Under EU law, the event comes under the ‘supplied where performed’ rules. This means that the activity is taxed at the place where it is physically carried out and not where it is received. For further details please refer to European Commission website. This website covers EU legislation. The area of the legislation that is relevant for these services is Article 52 B of the VAT Directive under EU Law.

VAT for Berlin Affiliate Conference delegates
All delegates will be charged German VAT regardless of their country of residence. Under EU law, the event comes under the ‘supplied where performed’ rules. This means that the activity is taxed at the place where it is physically carried out. For further details please refer to European Commission website. This website covers EU legislation. The area of the legislation that is relevant for these services is Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive under EU Law. Reclaim Procedures
Individuals attending the event in a ‘non-business’ capacity will not be entitled to recover the VAT they incur. However, there are several ways for businesses, i.e. delegates from businesses / customers, to recover the VAT depending on their country of residence.
Business customers
Any business delegate who belongs in the native country will be entitled to recover the VAT incurred on their VAT return (subject to the normal rules such as holding a valid VAT invoice).
Business customers in the EU
Any business delegate who belongs in an EU country other than Holland is entitled to make a claim for the VAT incurred. For further information please contact at info@igamingbusiness.com
